Custom Hat Builder Help Page

Step 1:Login Or Register
  • 1. If you don't have a Headsweats Login, click register and complete the registration process or you can register here now
  • 2. Enter your login and password and click login
Step 2:Choose A Style:

  • 1. Click on the style that you would like to order.
  • 2. Enter in a quantity for the style that you have chosen. You must have at least 100 for each style to qualify for additional customization options.
  • 3. Select a timeline for your order (orders with a quantity of 100 or more will automatically have a timeline of less than 120 days).
  • 4. Choose the method of Fabrication for your order. You may only choose one method per order. Click here to read more about the differences between heat transfer and embroidery, and how that will affect your order.
  • 5.Click Next STEPto save your style, quantity, timeline, and fabrication method.
  • *NOTE:. As you make your selections on this page, you will see your price, selected style, and details update in the righthand side under "YOUR ORDER AT A GLANCE".

Step 3:Customize Your Hat
  • You will customize the colors, logos, and other options of your hat here!, However the options you will have available will depend on how many you are ordering and the timeline that you need them in. You will have more options if you have a longer timeline and more units.
  • 1. Basic Customizations -- Choose your basic customizations including size, fabric, and closure. *Different styles have different options available.
  • 2. Add Some Color -- You will be able to choose the color of your hat here.
       Basic orders will have a limited color choice and only be able to choose one color for the entire hat.
       Qualifying orders will be able to customize each panel of the hat individually, and have more color options available.
  • 2. Add A Logo, (or two)-- If this is your first hat then you will see an empty box suggesting that you upload a logo to add to your hat. Click upload new logo to add you artwork to your choices.
    • You can upload .eps, .ai, .png, .jpg, or .gif files.
    • What we really want is your vector artwork. We can convert it for you but it will be an additional 50 fee for that.
    • *NOTE Only .png image files will render with the correct transparency. Unfortunatley this means that for any other type of file that you upload, there will be a white square behind your artwork. However, this will not show up in your hat.
    • After you have added artwork to you selections, click on your logo, and then click on a panel that you want to add your logo to in the hat illustration on the left
    • As you move your mouse over the hat illustration you will see a square image loading panel appear where you are able to add images. Click on that square to select it and then click apply selected logo. Your logo will be added to the hat. To remove that logo click on the image to select it and click the red x icon to remove it.
  • 4. Additional Customizations -- Only qualifying orders will have access to this panel. You can update your quantity and method to gain access to this feature.
    • *NOTE. You can only edit your timeline and quantity if your order cue is emtpy.
    • Here you can customize your hat with Contrast Stiching, Additional Bill Treatments, Reflective elements, etc...
    • Click on the checkbox next to the customization that you would like to add to enable the controls for that item and add it to your hat. Unchecking it will remove it from your hat. Items with color choices will have a color picker available.
  • 5.Clicksave this hat! and your current selection with customizations will be saved into your oder cue.
    • *NOTE. Each time you click save this hat!You will see your customizations and selections appear on the right.
Step 4:Review Your Order
  • This page is a snapshot of your current order and account information. You can review your order, and delete items. Orders on this page are not editable. You can add another style by clicking on Add another style. Or you can place your order by clicking place order
  • Before you place your order you will need to complete any missing information under company information. Your personal information will be populated from your Headsweats account information. However we need to know a bit more. If this section is incomplete you will be prompted to complete the form.
  • YOUR DONE! You will recieve an email with the details of your order and be contacte by a Headsweats Representative to confirm.
