Contest Terms & Conditions: You must be a legal resident of United States and at least 18 years old to enter. Employees of Chaletle4, Headsweats, and TriSports.com and their advertising agencies, including their immediate families, or household members, are ineligible. Only one entry per family. Duplicate entries will not be valid. Winner will be selected from all eligible entries by random selection and notified by telephone, e-mail or mail. Winner need not be present at the time of selection. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, electronic entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. The Prize may not be sold and no Prize transfers, cash redemption or substitution is allowed. Prizes not claimed within 30 days of notification will be forfeited to Chaletle4. Prize will be awarded by MAR 31, 2013. The number of eligible entries received will determine odds of winning. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Headsweats 11711 Lebanon Road Cincinnati, OH 45241 by MAR 31, 2013.
