Warranty, Shipping and Returns

We are so convinced that you will be extremely pleased with your Headsweats purchase that we offer a warranty for all of our products! We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why we have thousands of loyal athletes and fans of apparel all over the world! 

If you're unhappy with your Headsweats purchase, please do not hesitate to give us a call or drop us an email. We'd be happy to hear from you and address your concerns, plus our returns process is super quick and very easy.  Best of all, your replacement product gets shipped or your credit card refunded almost immediately after we receive your return in our warehouse (see processing timeframes below).
We just ask that you access your account on our website and fill out a few little boxes to let us know about your return. Our awesome team will respond to your return request quickly. Then we’ll be on the lookout in our warehouse for your returned headwear and will take care of things from there. In the meantime "Keep a Cool Head®" and before you know it your return transaction will be complete.

Refund

Return what didn’t work and we will gladly refund the original payment method for the price of the hat(s), minus any discounts, for products purchased up to 12 months ago. Please do not return any item to us until you contact us and complete the return process. If the process is not followed, we cannot guarantee your return. Without an order number or receipt, we are not able to process returns, refunds or replacements.

 

* Please, no returns or exchanges allowed on Face Masks and Ultra Bands due to safety concerns with COVID-19

* Headsweats pays for shipping to customers who qualified for the 'free shipping’ option of orders over $40, but return shipping will need to be paid by the customer in most cases. Headsweats only pays for the return shipping on exchanges and for manufacture defects.

We cannot refund transactions on a credit card longer than 90 days from purchase date. Opened return requests will be cancelled if item(s) are not received prior to 90 days from purchase date. If the refund window has passed, we will happily put money back in your cart so you can buy cool hats for yourself, your friends and family in the future!

* Some of our apparel may vary slightly in sizing and this is normal in the apparel industry.  We do our very best to be consistent by using fitting guides during manufacturing. Headsweats reserves the right to use discretion based on product tolerances and what qualifies as a return.

 

Quick and Easy Returns Process

  1. To return and item you just have to click on the below and complete the two mandatory fields (order# and the e-mail that you used to submit your purchase)
  2. We'll notify you via e-mail on the status of your return request.
  3. We will send you the shipping labels to return the item back to our warehouse if you qualify.
  4. Once we received the returned item we will proceed to refund you or send a replacement, whichever is agreed upon.
  5. n most cases, the return address must be the same as the original shipping address and consistent with the address used for payment purposes.

Processing Timeframes

Please allow 7-12 business days for your credit to be processed after giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Shipping Information

Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm EST. We aim to process your order within 24-48 hours during normal business hours. Orders placed after hours, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world! We offer "FREE SHIPPING" via USPS flat rate service only in the continental United States and with orders over $40 retail. Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to arrive. International orders are excluded from any free shipping discounts and additional fees may apply and based on border regulations and are the responsibility of the customer

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note: Orders cannot be shipped to an International address when the billing address is located in the U.S.

 

U.S. Shipping Timeframes using USPS Flat Rate, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground

USPS Flat Rate - Please allow 5-10 business days for your package to arrive at your U.S. destination from our Miami warehouse when using USPS Flat Rate Shipping.

FEDEX - Use the map below to determine approximately how many business days it will take for your package to arrive at your U.S. destination from our Miami warehouse when using FedEx Ground.

International Orders

Headsweats is excited to offer a $15 flat rate shipping fee to many countries throughout the world (this is into your country's postal stream and is not expedited shipping). We use APC Postal Logistics as our preferred method of shipping International orders in conjunction with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking is available through the APC website at https://www.apc-pli.com/apc-tracking-v2.html. Shipping times for international orders can vary greatly, but we would recommend you allow 2-6 weeks (business days only) from the time your package leaves the U.S, for you to receive it. Although, for many countries, it can be as quick as 7-10 business days. In addition, please note that any applicable import taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the original shipping cost.

We can also ship international via FedEx and UPS. The price is calculated based on your exact location and the weight of the package. Your best bet is to assemble your order, go to check out and calculate shipping. This will give you an exact price from us to you, for the order you assembled. There will still be time to edit your order if you wish to choose a different shipping option.

All International orders must have a ship-to destination outside of the United States. At this time we will not ship product to customers with International billing addresses shipping to U.S. addresses.

* To protect you from fraud, when shipping to an international address, the billing address MUST match the shipping address.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees which are imposed by the destination country. If your order is held up in customs the additional cost for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient, as Headsweats has no control over these charges and is unable to predict how much they might be.
